This product information corresponds to the patient leaflet, prescribed by law in Germany, in all essential parts.
 
Field of application:
according to the homeopathic principles of therapy: among that is: adiposity. Note: before taking the medicine, please make sure that adiposity is not due to an illness.
 
Composition:
Active ingredient:
Tablets: 1 tablet contains: Madar trit. D4 250 mg
Drops: 10 ml contain: Madar dil. D4 10 ml
 
Excipients:
Tablets: lactose, magnesium stearate.
 
Contra-indications:
Tablets: must not be used by infants.
Drops: there is no experience concerning the use of this remedy by children. Therefore and due to the alcohol content, Cefamadar® drops should not be used by children under 12 years. For children under 12 years, Cefamadar® is available in the form of tablets. Must not be used by alcoholics. Persons suffering from liver diseases should consult their physician.
 
Warning:
Cefamadar® drops contain 72 vol.-% alcohol.
 
Dosage:
Tablets: unless otherwise prescribed, 1 tablet is taken once to three times a day. Toddlers up to 6 years take not more than half of the adult dose, children from 6 - 12 years take not more than 2/3 of the adult dose.
Drops: unless otherwise prescribed, 5 - 10 drops are taken once to three times a day.
 
Kind and duration of application:
Tablets: Cefamadar® tablets can be chewed or swallowed with some liquid.
Drops: Cefamadar® drops can be taken undiluted or diluted with some liquid, e.g. water.
Even homeopathic remedies should not be taken over a longer period of time without consulting a physician.
 
Undesirable effects:
none known. Note: existing complaints may temporarily appear to become worse when homeopathic agents are taken (initial aggravation).
 
Commercial forms:
Tablets: 100 pcs., 200 pcs.
Drops: 50 ml
