Food supplement
with Rhodiola extract, magnesium, B vitamins, folic acid and lecithin
The brain processes highly differentiated the different sensations and controls complex behaviours, it is the control centre of our body and basis of our memory performance. The performance of our brain is not only dependent on a good circulation, but also on a sufficient supply with specific nutrients, among them different vitamins (B2, B6, B12, folic acid) as well as minerals (e.g. magnesium) and lecithin.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 support not only the function of the nerves, but also contribute - in combination with vitamin B2 and B12 - to a working energy metabolism. In connection with folic acid they support the blood formation and cell division. Cells with a high division rate are e.g. the red blood cells, which provide for the transport of oxygen into the whole body to maintain the performance of all organs and of the brain. If too little red blood cells are available, the organs can suffer from lack of oxygen, with negative consequences for memory, rationalness and general condition.
Lecithin, a fatlike substance, is a component of the nerve cells in the brain and jointly responsible for their function. If too little lecithin is available for the nerve cell it can come to a decline in the mental performance, the retentiveness and the memory.
The roseroot (Rhodiola rosea), which has already been used in the traditional medicine from time immemorial, again comes increasingly in the focus due to possible positive influences on the concentrativeness and mental performance.
First priority - the nutrition
As the body's own metabolism cannot build many nutrients itself, they have to be administered daily in sufficient quantity with nutrition.
In the first place should be the nutrition. This means: the vital substances should be available in sufficient quantity in the food.
To be on the safe side with supply it is recommendable to supplement the daily nutrition accordingly. This is especially always then recommendable, when the food is not sufficient for the coverage of the demand - due to unbalanced nutrition - or when the demand is increased.
What else can you do for yourself?
Pay attention to a balanced nutrition and drink a lot; challenge yourself mentally e.g. by crossword puzzles, quizzes and physically. Regular exercise - at best in the fresh air - not only stimulates the body but also the soul.
